ClubSoft Partner Plastiq raises 6 Million in Funding @payplastiq @CMAA
Plastiq who has recently partnered with ClubSoft in the private club industry to allow clubs to accept major credit cards for initiation fees, monthly member expenses, banquets, and more at not cost to the club, announced today that it has raised 6 million in funding. Plastiq had previously raised $2.3 million from Atlas and Flybridge in April, bringing its total raise to date to $8.35 million in outside funding.
ClubSoft is excited to bring this opportunity through Plastiq to the private club industry. It is something that the industry has been demanding for years and is now available through Plastiq and ClubSoft. ClubSoft’s western user group meeting of private clubs is currently being held at Claremont Country Club. We are happy to have Diablo Country Club, Claremont Country Club, Round Hill Country Club, Woodbridge Country Club, Lake Merced Golf Club, Alpine Hills Club, and Fountain Grove Country Club in attendance. ClubSoft CEO, Ray McDonald, will discuss the roadmap for the company as well as new products such as Plastiq, a way for your members to pay with credit cards with no processing fees for your club. The day will conclude with learning sessions presented by lead implementation specialist Sharon Skaggs and Ashley Cronan. Attendees will have the chance to learn about the direction of ClubSoft, ask questions to the ClubSoft experts and mingle with other ClubSoft users.
